Just like a lady from bygone days, Cortigiana makes the most of her arts of seduction to conquer every palate. First she entices with her bewitching freshness, then she reveals its determined attitude that promptly leads you to the second sip. It's hard to resist her charming aroma, where the citrus and floral scents given by the hop melt with the malt's honey notes; an intriguing spicy note in the finish adds a certain je ne sais quoi to this easy drinkable beer. You can betray her, but never say farewell to her!

Brewed in celebration of our 4th year, Corvus features a blend of hops from Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, including Nelson Sauvin, Topaz, Galaxy, and Hüll Melon. Fruity and lightly bitter with notes of strawberry, honeydew melon, passionfruit, kiwi, and grapefruit. May your cup never be out of reach.

Corvus Kriekus is an old world inspired sour ale brewed with "Van" and "Black Republican" cherries locally sourced in Wenatchee, WA. Corvus Kriekus is identifiable by its balance of sour and wild earthy notes underpinned by deep cherry flavor. Subtle undertones of chocolate, dried fruit, and hay are a result of not only the cherry varietals that were sourced, but the tiny microflora that inhabit the fruit, lending a specific terroir to this rare bird.

Cosmic Dust is our golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with hibiscus. This sour is fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. Cosmic Dust is our fourth Founders Club release. Two bottles of Cosmic Dust are included with each Founders Club membership.

This west-coast style IPA boasts a unique fresh hop character that comes from the use of Australian Galaxy hops.

“Ristretto Cosmic Black Lager” as the third iteration in a continuing series of Genius Lab inventions. We’ve taken various aspects from some our favorite beer styles to create a big, bold, black lager worthy of the Green Flash name. The malt bill boasts of chocolate and roast malts that provide a black color with dark brown hues. A healthy charge of Northern Brewer is added up front for a clean bitter that is later accompanied by Belgian candy sugar and lactose for complex balance. The lactose and Belgian candy sugar together add a creamy texture and subtle sweetness to the roast and chocolate flavors. Lagering after cold fermentation lends an overall fine character and smoothness to the brew. Finishing off the brew we blend in cold pressed espresso, bold enough to be tagged Ristretto (a concentrated shot of espresso) taking the brew to yet another dimension.

Super Galena hops early in the boil bring a strawberry touch. Russian imperial stouts have a dark chocolate presence with vanilla nuance; quite pleasing when accented by a bold hop addition. Our walk around this space had us skirting the territory of those three tone blocks of supermarket ice cream. All we needed was an ingredient you can ferment that would push those notions without running over the beer-ness of the flavors. We turned to that classic museum snack, freeze-dried Neapolitan ice cream. Drink Cosmonaut because exploration is what it’s all about.

To quote the great Carl Sagan, “We are a way for the Cosmos to know itself.” Personally, I find that winter stargazing is a great way to aid the Cosmos in this self-discovery. To this end, I brewed Cosmos, the beer, in the style of a robust Foreign Export Stout to have as a companion on those cold, clear nights of celestial exploration. With its big, warm body, rich chocolate and caramel flavors, and delicate oatmeal smoothness, Cosmos stands up to the coldest of New England nights. So whether you’re exploring your inner and outer universe high in the White Mountains or marveling at the night sky through your backyard telescope, Cosmos Stout will help keep your body (to say nothing of your mind) rooted here on Earth.

Frederick II’s mother, Constance of Hauteville, was celebrated by Dante as “the great Costanza, who from the Swabians’ second gust engendered the one who was their third and final power". Dante underlined her resoluteness on the political scene but also her refinement. She was Queen of Sicily from 1194 to 1198. Constance of Aragon was the eldest daughter of Alfonso II of Aragon and the first wife of Emperor Frederick II. In 1209, on the occasion of the marriage, she was crowned “Queen of Sicily”. Therefore, our beer Costanza was created in order to celebrate the two Queens. Pure malt ale, brewed with 100% barley malt. Costanza has a fresh taste, is slightly fruity and bitter, with a thick, creamy and adherent head.

Coton is our second anniversary ale. It is the same recipe as Papier, but created using the Solera method. We blended a portion of Papier that had been aging in oak barrels with this new batch of the same beer, adding an additional layer of complexity that will grow over time as we continue to age and blend with each anniversary, creating an older average age to the ale.

This traditional English-style nut brown is a subtle symphony of toffee, toast, and nuts. It begins with malty sweetness in the nose, and follows with toasty nuttiness on the palate. Finishes dry with traditional English hops in the background. Well balanced and smooth. “The Cotswolds is a scenic region in south central England, featuring rolling hills, and pastoral farmlands. The area bears a lot of resemblance to the Northern Michigan farms I grew up around. As a fan of English beer styles, and the often overlooked brown ale, I chose to brew something in homage to both the birthplace of some of my favorite beer styles, and where I grew up.” Chris Davies – Head Brewer at Arbor Brewing Company Brewpub

A tart and funky sour ale with blackberry overtones.

This monster of a double IPA is made with 10 different hops. It is citrusy, a little piney, and not overly resinous. Cottons is clear in color, low in malt, and very hop forward.

Skillfully hopped with Amarillo, Willamette and Magnum hops, Low Down is brewed with North American, German and British malts. A hint of oats for roundness and silky goodness makes this one profound American Brown.

Malt forward sweetness fades into a roasted, dry easy-sipping finish

A very light-colored, very light bodied ale brewed with a substantial percentage of flaked corn and some sugar to lighten the color and body of the beer. This is a great beer for those who haven’t yet been introduced to craft beer, and for those who prefer lighter and less heavy beers. Naturally, this is a very easy-drinking beer.

The Vault Series is an extremely rare collection of limited release specialty craft beers that are high ABV of 9% or more and are aged a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks. Count Hopula is a bigger, bolder IPA brewed with Simcoe hops and huge amounts of caramel malt and roasted malts that give Count Hopula it’s blood red color.

Nosferatu (Bird of Death) aka Count Orlok was THE German Count Dracula. He was a blood-sucking vampire…but being German he must’ve enjoyed beer too, right? We believe it is so and thus have created a Black Pumpkin Wheat Ale in his honor…a “bier noir” if you will.
