A cousin of an original opening brew "Rye Are You So Delicious" (Rye IPA), you'll enjoy this Rye Pale Ale with citrusy hops for a slight spiciness finish.
A light-bodied, full-flavor, easy drinking beer that is good with anything. Unfiltered Ale that leaves it slightly hazy and provides a unique flavor that melds deliciously with the gentle hops.
Michigan and west coast hops collide to form a fruit forward, smooth IPA. Tangerine and tropical fruits notes burst on the nose and have a subtle bitterness to compliment the finish.
Most beaches in San Diego stretch for miles, which is why the small and compact beach at La Jolla Cove is the inspiration for our “Cove Side Stout”. This dry stout is nicely balanced and unwavering, not unlike the stout beach at the legendary cove. So just kick back and enjoy a pint, because you won’t get any rough water here.
Cover Crop is a classic American IPA that delivers. It pours a deep brilliant copper with a bright white head. The initial flavor is a medium-bodied intense malt backbone that quickly reveals the spicy notes provided by the Rye, one of the worlds most widely-used cover crops. To balance such malt, citrusy hops assertively round out the flavor with a smooth bitterness. Cover Crop is a highly complex, yet very drinkable beer that's a perfect bridge between seasons. Spring Seasonal (March-May)
Covert Hops is a crafty ale. Its stealthy dark appearance belies a light body and beguiling hop aroma from the loads of herbal, piney hops (4+ lbs per barrel to be exact) that melds exceedingly well with its deliciously devious roasty flavor.
The antithesis to Hotel Rendezvous, our Bavarian Wheat beer. Dark malts provide a velvety richness and notes of chocolate accompanied by banana esters from our Hefeweizen yeast to form a perfect marriage creating a beer with tons of flavor, yet relatively light on the palate.
South German-Style Dunkel Weizen / Dunkel Weissbier
Cow Boss Imperial Milk Stout was brewed in collaboration with Florida's Cattlemen's Foundation. We aged this big stout on Florida cypress wood, which gives the beer a Good Ol' Southern Chocolate Layer Cake character. We used hops that show subtle notes of dark fruit, orange, and anise.

A unique aroma of roasted grain along with cocoa and vanilla. The velvety mouthfeel can be attributed to the combination of lactose, a generous amount of oats, and a double-pump of Madagascar Vanilla Beans.
A bourbon-barrel-fermented cousin to Lacto-Matic Milk Stout. Cow Tipper has a slight roastiness with the cocktail-like balance of milk sugar sweetness and warm-your-insides bourbon.
Similar in style to a steam beer, our Cowboy Common uses a traditional lager yeast but is fermented warm at ale temperatures. Norther Brewer hops offer a woody/minty taste to balance the bready Victory malt.
The inky night considers Cowboy In Black its friend. He is also our interpretation of the cult followed Black IPA style. A precarious balanced of bitter hops and roasted malts allows you to taste beer's most aggressive characters all in one very well balanced and tasty brew!
This beer is the next progression in our single-hopped beer series and features the Amarillo hop (the Cowboy) and a large portion of wheat (the Farmer) in the grain bill. When fermented by our Belgian yeast strain at warm summer temperatures and blasted with an extra dose of Amarillo dry hops, these two best friends produce a light bodied ale with strong fruit and citrus flavors and a nose reminiscent of fresh squeezed orange juice.
Named in tribute to the railroads that surround our brewery, Cowcatcher Milk Stout is a surprisingly sessionable beer that is as black as night with a thick, tan head. This beer is brewed with lactose, giving it a substantial smooth body. Munich, black malts and roasted barley lend a roasted coffee-esque flavor profile to balance the sweetness of the lactose and Crystal 60 malt.

Brilliant gold amber in the glass, this wine/beer hybrid showcases local crab apples in the nose and palate with light hop resin and a mild sour character that lingers on the finish.
Sandi’s signature: A highly experimental beer, we incorporated winemaking techniques to make a beer/wine hybrid with Munich malt, South Dakota crab apples and Nelson Sauvin hops.
