This beer was made in homage to the Copperopolis bike race in California, a race known to test a man's mettle, just as our new beer will test your mouth's palate. English Pale and Crystal malts with generous additions of Amarillo, Cascade & Columbus hops make this a brewmaster favorite.

Fall 2014 Collaboration with Brewery Vivant Autumnal Ale

Ingredientes: agua de Ourense, vino Gandarela, maltas de cebada y trigo, lupulo, Levadura.

Warm and bright cherry in the nose, slightly tart cherries blend into a dark chocolate, medium bodied malt presence.

This 1831 recipe is a mild, pale ale of a biscuity base with notes of citrus and peppercorn. Hot peppers provide a slight finish of peppery warmth to cure what ails you.

Bohemian Pilsner – Light body, high carbonation, creamy finish

This unfiltered amber ale is packed full of hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. IPA is the most bitter beer style and it is enjoyed by people we refer to as “hopheads.” We dry hop this beer with a combination of English and American hop varieties for a wonderfully aromatic finish.

Brewed originally for the Maine Cletic Celebration here in Belfast, this is a Welsh inspired Blonde Ale. We use a fair amount of corn in the mash and that along with the jagged, inlet lined coastline the locals in Wales refer to as " holes " inspired the name. Limited availability.

Late summer brings some of the best in local produce and Joe has made the best of it with Cornucopia, his farmhouse style ale brewed with Iowa Sweet Corn. This was one of the first brews he made last year to appeal to the locals around Knoxville and it was met lots of enthusiasm. Originally, it was informally called Iowa Corn Beer. Over a couple of pints last spring as we were planning our fall, the name Cornucopia was thrown out, probably by Joe, and it stuck. It’s catchy, fun and a little silly. But don’t let the name fool you, this is a beer that serious beer people love!

Aromas of dark red berries, vanilla and oak blend with flavors of bread, smoke and pine with bright a peppery finish in this special beer we brewed and aged to celebrate the first anniversary of our friends and neighbors at Nobel House.

English porter brewed with the rich espresso blend from our friends at Panther Coffee. Huge coffee notes, roasty with dark chocolate from the espresso blend and our malted barley, followed by a unique sweet, creaminess to balance out that cafecito. Ñoo! Que bueno esta eso!
