BA Coffee Russian Imperial Stout September 5th -11th is National Suicide prevention week, so Dark Matter Coffee, 3 Floyd’s and Mastodon teamed up to do a special release that raises awareness and funds for Hope For The Day, an organization that helps people and families of all shapes and sizes deal with mental health issues and suicide prevention. This project is called "Crack the Skye", after the Mastodon album of the same name, which was dedicated to the Skye Dailor, the sister of Brann Dailor, drummer for Mastodon. Skye died of suicide at the age of 14, which had an obvious impact on her friends and family. The coffee and beer release has a special meaning for the Brann, the band, DMC and 3 Floyds, with proceeds benefiting Hope For The Day.

With one pound per barrel of espresso beans this Espresso Amber has a nice dark roast character with bitter chocolate and malty notes. Light in body but not in flavor.

Fruit Beer

Based on the traditional Gose brewing style, we added heaps of pureed cranberry to brew our refreshing Cran-Gose. Light and Fruity, Cran-Gose is pink hued with a cranberry aroma and a naturally tart finish. Light, Tart, Fruity. Easy! Quick! Mobile! Flavoured half dark lager 12° of Bavarian type with 5,2% content of alcohol, bottom-fermented. It contains: water, barley light malt, Bavarian malt, caramel malt, hops from Žatec, cranberry aroma. Characteristics: rich caramel colour with a cranberry touch, higher fullness, bite and rich foam Flavour: slightly cranberry-caramel with fine bitterness and mild dying out.

Sweet and tart blend of our traditional Apple Hard Cider with the addition of Cranberry Juice.

Our ode to summer. By implementing a sour mash procedure in our kettle an intense lactic and sour character emerges, complemented by the addition of cranberries. The beer is then fermented with our lager yeast. Finishes fruity, citrusy, dry, and quite tart.

A lot of cranberries grow in Massachusetts and an unnamed member of Downeast Cider has an affinity for them, dried cranberries, cranberry juice, and most of all, Cranberry Blend. This interesting twist on Original Blend won't make your lips pucker but will bring a smile. As always, our cider is GLUTEN FREE!!
