Cream Ale

Most of America's beer styles have been imported from Europe. However, Cream Ale is one of the distinctly American styles and it's seeing a resurgence in craft brewing. Our Cream Ale began it's life as a summer seasonal, but quickly turned into one of the staples of our lineup. Our Cream Ale is a crisp, clean, easy-drinking light hybrid beer. The hops provide a subtle spicy/sweet aroma while the yeast produces a nice crisp finish due to the cooler fermentation temperature. It's the perfect beer to compliment a great round of disc golf.

Cream Dream 8: Hops In Space

In May of 1961, President John F. Kennedy announced the ambitious goal of sending an American to the Moon. Just over eight years later, Apollo 11 commander Neil Armstrong set foot on the lunar surface. The underlying motives in the space race have long been debated, but recently unclassified documents have finally revealed just what they were looking for. Long considered too dangerous for the general public, but now produced for you: Sun King Brewery’s Cream Dream 8: Hops in Space.

Cream Porter

The Porter style was very popular in the Great Britain. The name is related to the workers of the port, that made mixtures of beers to obtain a darker drink and with higher alcohol content. The Cream Porter is the version of Way, that with oatmeal brings back the creaminess typical of the style and roasted flavor, giving chocolaty hints to the beer.

Creekfestbier Lager

Traditionally brewed in March just before brewing was banned for the Summer, Märzenbiers are malty, smooth, clean, and rich lagers that have a distinctive malt backbone and complexity for a style that can be so understated. Brewed with German Munich and Pilsen malts as well as German Hallertau and Tettnanger hops, this distinctive brew is conditioned at cold lagering temperatures for five months; some things you just can’t rush. This is a true Oktoberfest offering, one that is prominently featured during our Oktoberfest celebration at the brewery, and at 5.2% ABV it’s a crisp, smooth, and easy to drink beer perfect for the chilly Fall nights ahead.

Creemore Springs 25th Anniversary Altbier Collaboration Ale

With a goal of celebrating Creemore’s 25th anniversary in a big way, Creemore Brewmaster Gordon Fuller and head brewer Bryan Egan travelled to Düsseldorf in early 2012, to immerse themselves in German brewing culture. Learning trade secrets from the brewers at Zum Schlüssel allowed them to create a unique and special variety of their own Altbier at home in Canada.

Creemore Springs Kellerbier

Kellerbier is an unfiltered, medieval German beer known for its naturally cloudy appearance. Served straight from the brewmaster’s cellar, it was a true honour for special guests visiting a brewery to be offered a taste. These days we happily make it available to one and all. Our Kellerbier is wonderfully aromatic with a hint of citrus and spice imparted by German whole leaf hops. Not too many breweries make Kellerbier, but then, we’ve always done things a little differently.

Creemore Springs urBock

Bock beers gained notoriety in Munich back in 1612. All the Bavarian nobles were drinking fashionable northern ales known as Einbeck Bier. So Duke Maximillian I of Munich hired his own northern brewmaster, who created a lager similar in character but superior in taste. It won back the local aristocrats. Inspired by his entrepreneurial spirit we started brewing our own urBock – rich, ruby-hued beer with subtle, dark roasted flavours. It’s an aristocratic beer but rest assured, you needn’t be a Duke to enjoy it.

Crème Brûlée - Creme Brulee

PLEASE NOTE: This is a Milk Stout. Lactose sugar is added and is present in the product. We are not the harbingers of truth as some may suggest but it may indeed be argued that our brewing philosophy is tantamount to a dessert with a bellicose past. How, you may ask, would a brewery determine a likeness to hard-coated custard? Our response is simple; it’s all in the power of history, and of course, the extra finesse needed to top off a contentious treat with definition. By comprehending the labyrinthine movement of time, one would not think it strange to trace the errant path of an ordinary object such as a cream dessert only to discover that it has been the cause of cultural disputes since the middle ages. The British founders of burnt cream and from Spain, crema catalana, both stand by their creative originality and we respect that, but it was the French Crème Brûlée, amid the strife of contention, that survived to represent our deliciously creamy brew.
