Most of America's beer styles have been imported from Europe. However, Cream Ale is one of the distinctly American styles and it's seeing a resurgence in craft brewing. Our Cream Ale began it's life as a summer seasonal, but quickly turned into one of the staples of our lineup. Our Cream Ale is a crisp, clean, easy-drinking light hybrid beer. The hops provide a subtle spicy/sweet aroma while the yeast produces a nice crisp finish due to the cooler fermentation temperature. It's the perfect beer to compliment a great round of disc golf.

The Cream Dream Series is our ongoing array of large, hop-centric American IPAs based on the malt profile of our cream ale. Our seventh edition balances orange peel bitterness with a cavalcade of citrus and tropical fruit hop flavors.

This Cream Stout is served on a Nitro Tap to help extend its velvety texture and great chocolaty flavors.

This stout is inspired by the sweeter English style and is hopped with fuggles and is fermented with an authentic English yeast strain.

This style of beer is light to medium in body (mouth-feel) with very little hop character. The brewer says ââ?¬Å?a good beer to try if youââ?¬â?¢re a Northern Lite drinkerââ?¬Â

A delicious blend of Galaxy and Mosaic hops greets you in both the bouqet and flavor of this beer. Crisp hop bitterness on the finish.

A collaboration brew with Rhino Coffee to celebrate their 1 year Anniversary. We added cold-brewed coffee, made from an exclusive Rhino bean blend, to our brown ale to create a this roasty and refreshing beer.

Our house sour ale features a tart and dry sour backbone with flavors of pineapple, mango, and tropical fruit. We offer this refreshing sour beer year round in draft and bottles as availability permits, and also use it for blending with many of our other sour offerings.

Creekside Blond is a great summer ale; light bodied and nice citrus flavor from a generous addition on Cascade hops!

Kellerbier is an unfiltered, medieval German beer known for its naturally cloudy appearance. Served straight from the brewmaster’s cellar, it was a true honour for special guests visiting a brewery to be offered a taste. These days we happily make it available to one and all. Our Kellerbier is wonderfully aromatic with a hint of citrus and spice imparted by German whole leaf hops. Not too many breweries make Kellerbier, but then, we’ve always done things a little differently.

We are not the harbingers of truth as some may suggest but it may indeed be argued that our brewing philosophy is tantamount to a dessert with a bellicose past. How, you may ask, would a brewery determine a likeness to hard-coated custard? Our response is simple; it’s all in the power of history, and of course, the extra finesse needed to top off a contentious treat with definition. By comprehending the labyrinthine movement of time, one would not think it strange to trace the errant path of an ordinary object such as a cream dessert only to discover that it has been the cause of cultural disputes since the middle ages. The British founders of burnt cream and from Spain, crema catalana, both stand by their creative originality and we respect that, but it was the French Crème Brûlée, amid the strife of contention, that survived to represent our deliciously creamy brew.
