Crazy Beautiful is a full-bodied American Pale Ale. Smooth and creamy, with light sweet notes this pale ale is a perfect end to a hard day's work. The beer was named by (and for) a local celebrity. Have some fun and try to guess from whom our crazy beautiful pale ale got its inspiration.

This beer is crazy! More than four times the amount of hops than our hoppy bitch, Crazy Bitch explodes with hop flavor and aroma. The German-style malt stays very much in the background, giving just a hint of sweet flavor and body, and letting the hops take center stage. You’ll find aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, bright pine and various herbs from the irresponsibly copious doses of Yakima hops, and you’ll find even more complexity and depth when you take your first sip. Our Double IPA is unique in that it has a restrained alcohol level, pale color, and a smooth, approachable bitterness, letting you enjoy more delicious Crazy Bitch without palette fatigue. This brew is made for all you crazy Hop-Heads.

Dry and fresh Imperial IPA finishing bright and loaded with hops. The focus is Waimea from New Zealand with notes of tangelo and Kumquat. Also added were Zythos and Galaxy.

This copper colored American IPA took a wild left turn when we fermented it with our favorite Trappist ale yeast. Charged with hops, followed closely by a clove and pepper Belgian yeast character.

This is a light colored beer that fermented with a belgian yeast giving it a slightly spicy and fruity aroma. Hopped solely with East Kent Golding there is a moderate hop flavor to go with the smooth dry finish and perceived malt sweetness of the beer.

Brewed with floor-malted Maris Otter barley from England and six other specialty grains, this beer has notes of toffee, caramel and toasted biscuits. We also took some of the barley and toasted it in our ovens to bring out a nutty character.

Based on a lightly hopped Pale Ale and then spiced with oriental Ginger- BAM up a notch. Good for that thirst anytime.

Cream Ale is an American Style Cream Ale. Pale straw to a pale golden color. This beer was spawned from the American light lager style and has a real smooth, creamy flavor.

A classic Cream Ale brewed with 2-row barley, flaked wheat, oats, and crystal malt. We add just enough Saaz and Cascade hops to provide a touch of hop flavor and aroma. The result is an easy drinking ale with a crisp, clean finish.

Brown’s Cream Ale is light bodied and smooth with the refreshing subtle zip of a Cascade hop and slightly sweet finish. Brown’s Cream Ale gets it’s “creamy” profile from colder fermentation temperatures, flaked maize in the mash bill and a final Krauesening with Pilsner.

Made especially for those looking for a light beer. Very similar to your standard American lager but brewed with ale yeast. Medium-light bodied and smooth, golden in color and low in bitterness. This beer has a clean, sweet malt profile with a hint of buttered toast in the aroma & flavor.
