A new twist on an old favorite, Cranberry Wit! We started by brewing up a classic Belgian-style witbier with coriander and orange peel, to which we added juicy cranberries. The result is a lively, refreshing beer with a slight tart finish.

We took our Great White Buffalo and aged it on cranberries, rosemary and juniper for a witbier that is both refreshing and festive for this draft only release. Easily drinkable and straight to the point with a light citrus note to compliment the soft malt-backbone.

And no, you can’t have that year back, but you can have a can of Crankshaft IPA, and the familiar beauty of those long-past days will return. Life is not about the destination, but the journey A more approachable version of the typical American IPA, Crank Shaft has hop flavor and is aroma forward. Notes of citrus, mangoes, and tropical fruit dominate. The bitterness is more rounded than most, due to primarily late hop additions, as well as dry hopping. The use of three different types of malts give this brew a more balanced body and slight amber/light Caramel color.

A very balanced, complex, yet easy drinking IPA. This beer has a multiple malt backbone that we balance with generous El Dorado hops among others. The flavor begins with big maltiness balanced with the bold aroma and bitterness from the El Dorado hops. Aromas of mango, orange, and pineapple balance with the malt and a crisp bitter finish. A ruby orange color, 7% ABV, light amber head, and 70 IBUs.

This Belgian style tripel pours a beautiful straw color and has aromas of spice, pepper, and clove phenolics from the Belgian yeast. Just enough hop presence to balance the big malt bill along with a copious addition of Belgian Candi sugar to keep this beer clean and the finish dry.

Cratchit’s is a warming beer brewed with English Marris Otter along with rich specialty malts to add sweet complexity and molasses aroma. The finished beer is then spiced with freshly cracked allspice and whole cinnamon sticks for a hint of holiday cheer.
