This traditional style pale ale has a rich amber color, full malt body and a clean hop finish.

This Kriek is made with a completely different method from Kriek Lambic. It starts with old brown beer with is macerated with fresh whole cherries in shallow, horizontal tanks (every 100 liter brown beer holds 13 kg cherries). Then it matures for about 1 year, afterwards it is blended with both Oud Bruin and Goudenband of different ages. The result is a well balanced sour and sweet Kriek of great complexity.

Named after a black hole and a song, this is a porter like no other. We took an old English porter recipe, added some rye malt, and our porter was born. This brew floods your palate with hints of chocolate, biscuit and all-around roasty goodness with just a touch of smoke that finishes dry but is not overpowering. Perfect with roasts or fowl. Enjoy by the fire, and it will certainly warm you on any cold evening in the Great White North.

is a celebration of hops. It was first brewed in the Czech town of Pilsen in 1842 using special yeast smuggled out of Germany by a Czech monk. The region surrounding Pilsen is famous for its hops. Pilsner was the first clear golden brew: beers before it were dark and cloudy. We use imported Bavarian Hallertau and Tettnang aroma hops along with the finest pilsner malt.

A Czech style Pilsner brewed with a blend of German and Czech hops and premium Canada Malting Superior Pilsen Malt. A true Canadian pil, no bunnies here.

A session offering in the truest sense, D-light features a clean, crisp profile with the unique lightly floral nature of Hersbrucker hops. Pairs well with boating, mowing & football.

Dale's Pale Ale is our flagship beer and America's first hand-canned craft beer. It's an assertive but deftly balanced beer (somewhere between an American pale ale and an India Pale Ale) brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and American hops. It features a merengue-like head, a copper color, and a hoppy nose, thanks to a big post-boil addition of Centennial hops. This beer started out as a lark and a whim and turned out way too tasty. Composed of 70% Vienna malt and a combination of Munich and different crystal malts, it tastes of sweet malt and toasted bread. Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade and Fuggles hops give it plenty of American citrus and English earthy bitterness.

THE ALE: This clean, malty ale has a robust flavor with fruity, plum aromas. The carbonation balances the moderate sweetness from the malt, resulting in a dry and smooth finish. THE STORY: The Colombian Monks could really cut loose during the annual retreat hosted by Del at his home near Naivasha Lake in Kenya. Unlike the name, this beer is not threatening in any way. A brown session style ale utilizing American 2 Row Barley and Chocolate Malts along with a British Ale yeast to give it a slightly tart character.

This East Texas nod to West Coast IPAs is full of bold pine, citrus, peach and tangerine hop flavors balanced by a velvety malt backbone of US 2-Row and German Munich. It has been dry-hopped with Eureka to impart a fruity, dank aroma.
