Canis Dirus, or "fearsome dog," is the scientific name for the Dire Wolf. One of the largest known breeds of wolf, the Dire Wolf went extinct at the end of the last ice age. Similarly, the Russian Imperial Stout was a beer style destined for extinction until craft brewers began to resurrect such historical styles. Our Imperial Stout is named for the Dire Wolf because it is big, bold, and fearsome. Brewed with copious amounts of oats and brown sugar. Black as night with a dense tan head and chewy texture. Notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and espresso stand against a hefty bitterness to balance this monstrous beer. Gold medal winner at the 2015 San Diego International Beer Competition.

Darkly heroic, Humulus Lupulus (hops) have empowered brews with bite and character since the 11th century. DirtWolf is a tribute to these untamed vines which rise from the earth with the voracity of a “wolf among sheep.” Hops have made an assertive comeback in American craft brewing. Revel in the best U.S. varieties of hops, in their natural, whole flower form, as they bring a vital, pungent reality to the soul of a wild element in our dangerously satisfying DirtWolf Double IPA. This dangerously delicious recipe features often subtle, but sometimes assertive signatures of American hop varieties. Look for: Citra: heavy citrus aroma, fruity flavor; Chinook: grapefruit, resinous pine; Simcoe: dry, piney; and Mosaic: earthy and mildly floral, with notes of sweet citrus and spice.

This rare style of German Lager has gained significant momentum in North America recently. With its mix of complex roasted malt flavours and its light refreshing body, this lager is as interesting as it is drinkable. Don’t be fooled by the colour, this light-bodied lager will entice you with its dry coffee nose and its refreshing, clean finish. This black beer will hold its own on any hot patio day and will be a great alternative to simple mainstream American-style Lagers.

Balanced, light bodied & refreshing

The Dirty Blonde is a smooth easy to drink and approachable ale. It is a single hopped brew containing Perle hops. This delicious combination weighs in at just over 4% ABV. Whit a light and crystal clear complexion, this ale is perfect for drinking while mowing the lawn.

Saddlebock Dirty Blonde is brewed in the traditional German Kolsch style, using an ale yeast, but fermented like a lager. The cold temperature during fermentation gives this beer a refreshing dry quality, while the ale yeast contributes complex fruity flavor and bread-like aroma not normally found in a lager.

India Pale Ales were originally brewed in London and shipped to Her Majesty's British troops in India. Very hoppy! 7.1% ABV

An American IPA made with 5 hop varieties that impart big citrus and pine characteristics to the aroma and flavor. A medium malt backbone and subtle malty sweetness provide balance for the hop bitterness which is neither harsh nor astringent. Dirty Girl IPA is named to celebrate the awesome ladies in agriculture that make beer possible. Year round availability in 22 oz bottles and draft.

A blend of Ten Penny Ale and a California style stout brewed just for this beer.

This beer is an Oatmeal Cream stout that is heavy with all that those styles include. A lactose heavy sweetness, smooth oaty mouthfeel and chocolate coffee-like character means this might have been named kitchen sink stout. Don’t let its thick dark color scare you away from its otherwise sweet and pleasant nature.

Finally, a beer that pays homage to the hard workers in our Valley. The trail crews and farmers, the lumberjacks and firefighters, we brew this for you! With these folk in mind, we’ve created an Amber Lager that features a smooth, medium body, with a rich toasted malt aroma. Dirtyface’s initial malty sweetness finishes fresh and clean… unlike its name. No need to wash up, just wash down.

The secret of the Disabled Original is that the first fermented in open jäskar, and then brewed in a copper pan. This allows the Disabled Original becomes a genuine Craft Beer. Along with high-quality malt and Northern Sweden, water gets Disabled Original a distinct pilsner character. After boiling, add yet another hop town, making the beer gets välhumlat but not too bitter. Thanks to a lower perception of Disabled vörtstyrka Original is also often a bit more lättdrucken than any other beer in the same category.

Slightly carbonated orange blossom honey traditional

Bold and complex from a tremendous amount of roasted malts, yet smooth and rich from the addition of oats. Dissent has its own opinion of what a dark beer should be.

Inspired by the beers that accompanied America's expansion into the West, District Common is fermented using a lager yeast at temperatures common to ale fermentation. The result is a pale, well-balanced beer combining crisp lager character with fruity ale notes. The clean grain bill provides a refreshing drinkability and supports late aroma and dry hop additions of Czech Saaz hops. This is no common beer!

This beer brings together tow of our favorite ingredients; hops and rye - serious hops up front provide a pungent, floral, and citrus character. We use centennial, Columbus, and Cascades in this hop lovers dream. The rye provides a slightly spicy flavor and a full mouth-feel. Divided Sky pours straw in color with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and pine. Drink fresh!

While fruit has been widely employed in beer brewing for thousands of years, many folks these days turn their noses up at the idea as a yuppie swill and claim to prefer a “Real Beer”. We take great pride in our fruit beers, using all organic barley, organic wheat grains and 60 lbs of whole, frozen Olallie berries (Olallie is Clatsop jargon for “Berry”) to impart a subtle tartness and divine color. Try one and your beer-drinking ancestors will toast you.

An American India Pale Ale.The malt bill is tasty without fatiguing the palate and the hop profile is balanced with the nose of Centennial hops and the finish of Cascade.

English flaked oats and caramel malts create a distinctive combination that makes it a great everyday drinker. Bready, caramelly notes with a touch of cocoa and a smooth finish.

Crystal Springs first release – a robust porter. This is a complex beer that uses seven different grains from three different countries, American and British hops, and our flavorful house yeast. We call it an American porter because, even though it uses grains and hops from other countries, it is here where they all come together for a bold, roasty, chocolaty, flavorful beer. 8.1% ABV, 63 IBUs, refermented in the bottle. Serve at 45-54F in a brandy snifter, wine glass, or the traditional nonic glass. Watch for: seasonal releases of Doc’s American Porter brewed with raspberry, cherry, or hazelnut or aged in rum barrels.

The flavor of this American styled Blonde Ale carries itself tall and svelte while maintaining it’s overall looks and wholesome tasting sensation. Five hop additions introduced throughout the brewing process rounds out this beauty for the perfect blend of balanced hop notes.

A petite Saison, pale in color and without much cover for its delicate yeast and hop flavors. Highly drinkable, with low alcohol content but assertive character. A hint of Brettanomyces causes this beer's flavor to evolve continuously.

A smooth, toasty brown ale with hints of caramel and cocoa, the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, but does not come across as heavy. This balancing act is aided by the generous use of American hops. A lighter brown beer brewed with Williamette and East Kent Goldings hops.
