A light bodied Red Ale brewed with Delta hops. Delta, is a cross breed of Fuggle and a Cascade variety. Earthy, slightly spicy with a hint of citrus this Red Ale brings a twist to the traditional Red Ale.

This beautifully colored ale strikes an agreeable balance between malt and hops. Caramel + toffee notes from the use of more highly kilned malts step up to complement this beers assertive hop profile.

Medium in body, dark in color; our Oatmeal Stout is brewed with flaked oats and barley along with 5 specialty malts; making it a very big beer that is smooth going down.

The sweet character in this beer comes from lactose sugar added into the kettle and residual sugars left over after fermentation is complete. Roasted grains with chocolate, caramel, and coffee flavors are the flagship tastes with the sweetness uniting these flavors together to give a full-bodied, creamy ale with a smooth finish. This is a dark, deep, black colored ale with thick brown foam.

A medium bodied west coast style IPA that delivers pronounced tropical fruit and spice notes. Single hopped with a new Australian variety, Ella, that delivers dank hop aroma and flavors.

This is our take on a double IPA. Although some would consider it somewhat ‘Belgian’ in its malt and yeast profile, we definitely crammed in all the juicy, fruity and fresh hops that any hophead could possibly wish for. With Elliot, we tried to create a refreshing beer that’s dangerously drinkable while still maintaining that unxious mouthfeel that Struise is so renowned for. Being able to either quaffed or sipped, this is one of our most versatile multi-purpose beers.

An American IPA with a bitter edge that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back; Elvis Juice is loaded with tart pithy grapefruit peel. This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload - grapefruit peel piled on top of intense us aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus infused IPA. Malts: Cara, Extra Pale Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Magnum, Mosaic, Simcoe

The color of glowing coals, this dry-hopped IPA starts with piney and floral notes in the nose and finishes with the perfect balance of caramel and hop bite.

Rich with blackcurrant notes that last long into the finish, considered dry to semi-sweet. It will pair well with cheese, dark chocolate, red meats, and a wide variety of dishes. This porter boasts a smooth chocolaty body with a hint of spice from a large portion of malted rye and flaked rye, giving you something delicious to look forward to on the cold days of fall and early winter.

A “young”, unfiltered lager brewed in the style of a vienna lager. A touch of toasty malt character balanced by the fruity notes of the yeast that has been left in suspension.
