Our light bodied wheat beer with pleasant and fragrant raspberry tones aroma.

We took some of our El Toro Negro Oatmeal Stout above and aged it in an oak barrel that previously contained �Old Fitgerald� whiskey. It aged in the barrel for 7 months prior to kegging it. The aging gives the beer a subtle but distinctive complex whiskey flavor and aroma. Supply is limited on this beer.

Old School and New School hops are both awesome in their own rights, but then the hop supply told us we had to combine the two and boy were we Elated with the results! Presenting, Elated IPA, a delicious combination of new school tropical fruity hops with old school piney dankness!!

A golden haze for a summer's daze. Elder Betty is a weiss-style ale with a bready malt flavor balanced by a touch of hops and complimented by the tart berry flavors of elderberry.

Epic Brewing Company’s latest barrel-aged beer brings something new—wild yeast. This brew is a collaboration ale with Crooked Stave Artisan Brewing of Fort Collins, Colorado. Chad Yakobson, Brewmaster/Owner of Crooked Stave, is well known for his skill and knowledge in the brewing of sour and Brettanomyces driven beers. The beer was brewed at Epic by the two brewers. Kevin Crompton, Epic’s Brewmaster, and Chad spent several weeks working on the recipe and selecting the proper Brett strains and barrels for the beer to morph from a golden Saison into a Saison-Brett Golden Ale.

A Pale gold coloured beer with aroma’s of passion fruit, grapefruit and elderflower that lead you into a beer that is bright and refreshing. Gooseberry fruit dominate the flavour then the elderflower returns along with a slow, lingering bitterness.

For thousands of years, brewers used botanical blends called gruits to make ale. Brewers procured these gruit blends from a gruitmaster and brewed ales as varied as the botanical kingdom itself. We've been making these blends, brewing with them, and serving up the results in our tasting room. Her for the first time we present a bottled version of one of the favorites. Eldergold, made with a gruit of Elderflower and Marigold petals.

Has massive chocolate body with a huge bitter finish. A great marriage of strong chocolate sweetness balanced with piney bitterness. The perfect beer style to celebrate the arrival of warmer springtime weather and chase away the winter blues. Pairs well with a variety of foods, including grilled meats and desserts.

Eleanor is a golden farmhouse ale fermented in wine barrels with a mixture of Brettanomyces and bacteria cultures, some of which were grown by us from our favorite commercial sour beers.

This one-off version of our flagship porter, Eleanor, was brewed with Belgian yeast and then had just enough Black Cherries added to give off a hint of fruitiness. This is not a fruit beer; this is a Belgian-style Porter. The roasted grains and coffee flavors blend beautifully with lots of dark chocolate and dark fruit notes while the Belgian yeast adds touches of spice and helps smooth-out the already soft body.

Prepare to take a leap and experience an IPA that is sure to excite. Electri-Fly showcases a blend of premium two row and honey malts which lay a platform for the addition of hops. Flown in from the southern hemisphere, two uncommon hops are used to give this beer an updraft of aromas. These hops tend to be lighter, but still lend a pleasant flavor and aroma of tropical fruit. You’ll find the select ingredients are exhilarating at first taste, but also are just as satisfying as you prepare for your landing.
