The great German brewing tradition began before the advent of refrigeration. Before they were able to do lagers and Pilsners, the Germans did fine ales. This Altbier (or Old Style Beer) is brewed with three different malts and one addition of Spalt hops to create a smooth coppery colored beer that goes down easy.

A perfect beer when celebrating any patriotic events including bank holidays, Easter, St George’s day and St David’s day. This all-malt cask ale with a citrus aftertaste is guaranteed to put some fire in your belly, and make you proud to celebrate all things British!

This is a true West Coast IPA–it is pale in color, with with bracing bitterness, high alcohol content (about 7.3% abv) and a fruity/floral/citrus hop aroma. It is made from a simple malt bill: North American base and pale caramel malt. We use copious amounts of Northwest hops all throughout the boil, with most of it going in within the last 15 minutes. After fermentation is complete, we dry hop it with approximately 1 boatload of each of the same hop varieties.

Dragor Tripel is a top-fermented beer, where we have the inspiration of the strong Belgian abbey of the "Triple". Here, the sweetness and alcohol, which is in the immediate attention. In the glass the beer is a light amber color, with a creamy foam. The scent is pure fruit - exotic fruit despite the Belgian model. Here both the mango, passion fruit, star fruit and jack fruit - and a discreet hint of strawberry. The body is extremely rich with a strong element of pale malts, where the yeast stands out - just as it should. And unlike others, sweet abbey beers, so get the sweet malts in Dragor Tripel an effective counteraction in Halletauer-hop, particularly showing character in the beer finish. Dragor Tripel is a beer for pleasure for both sexes. The ladies will enjoy the beer's sweetness and exotic fruitiness, while the gentlemen will be attracted by the warming alcohol. Highly carbonated beer like this should stand up in the fridge - and be cautious when you open it.

An American Pale Ale. For batch number 1500, we decided to brew a big hoppy beer, yet make it quaffable by keeping the alcohol level down. Turns out everyone liked it so much, that it is now brewed year-round. Loads of Simcoe and Amarillo hops are blended in the fermenter just after fermentation has finished to impart a huge aroma of pine and citrus. Available on draft and in 12 oz. bottles.

Drake’s Black Robusto Porter is a deep, dark “Robust Porter,” a beer style known for being darker, fuller-bodied, and higher in alcohol by volume than a standard Brown Porter. Our Black Robusto goes down smoothly with flavors of bittersweet chocolate an slight roast from Crystal and Chocolate malt. A touch of spicy, herbal hop character from Willamette hops balance out the finish. Enjoy a pint with dark, lingering satisfaction.

An Imperial (or Double) India Pale Ale, Denogginizer is a big, bold beer hopped with an abundant amount of Simcoe and Summit hops and a touch of CTZ and Cascade. Crystal and Munich malts add color and flavor and help balance out the hop assault. Denogginizer is also Drake’s most powerful regular offering, at a whopping 9.75% alcohol by volume! Hold on to your head.

Drake’s flagship beer! A “West Coast” interpretation of an India Pale Ale. Copper-colored from additions of light Crystal malt, and body-building Caramalt, carry the malt weight of this hop bomb. The hoppy aromas of pine and grapefruit are delivered from the abundant Columbus and Cascade hops.

Our House specialty. Dark but smooth, maly and semi-sweet, with caramel tones and a slight mocha finish. Mahogany body with ruby highlights. So smooth, this beer is constantly turning regular light-beer drinkers to the dark side. Pale, Munich, Chocolate and Caramel malts make up the backbone of this Ale. Challenger and EKG hops are used sparingly.

Launched in 2003 to celebrate Aspall's 275th year of cyder making, Draught Suffolk cyder is served on tap and in bottle. Draught has a mid straw colour with a floral and appley aroma, especially of Russetts. It is a medium dry cyder with a mouth filling mousse and a delicate flavour of fresh pressed apples which has a complexity that enhances its long finish.

Our flagship and most-sought-after beer, DRIPA won a Gold Medal in the IPA category at the 2012 World Beer Cup, the biggest commercial beer competition in the world. Huge citrus hop character in the aroma is followed by a medium-high bitterness, balanced surprisingly well with cereal malty notes. The signature of this beer is the brilliant clarity, and the crisp, dry snap at the finish, thanks to a very time consuming cereal mash with American long-grain rice.
