Doll's Eye Cascadian Dark Ale is a hoppy dark ale with pleasant notes of malt roastiness. Brewed with generous amounts of Cascade and Nugget hops, giving it a piney and floral hop character.

Our American version of a Belgian Wheat Ale. Traditionally unfiltered, but in this case, unusually clear. Along with the Wheat Malts and Organic Oats, you'll find Hints (yes… Hints, not bombastic amounts) of Coriander, Lavender, and Bitter Orange peel, which gives it a slight Lemony Touch. We use aged hops, so there is very low levels of hops in both taste and aroma. Our Wit beer helps to sooth that summer heat away, just like a domestique (helper) that brings water and supplies from the support cars up through the peleton to the front end riders for relief.

This is an approachable strong ale with a mild fruitiness and complex spice character. At 9.5% ABV this Belgian Golden Strong will put a smile on your face no matter how long of a day you had at the office or at home. We hit the high gravity scale on this intricate variety of malt, hops, and yeastwhich demanded an artist's touch. The Bliss is deceitfully smooth, easy to drink, but can get the better of you if you don't stay on your game. Please enjoy this beverage as much as you significant other.

The Don't Fret Porter is a Northwest style Porter with a good dose of coffee flavor and some lingering chocolate that is just right. It is also generously hopped giving it bit of spiciness. Goes great with some vanilla ice cream with raspberry topping.

Nothing gives Dorothy more pleasure than the succulent aroma of the two finest English hop varieties, Goldings and Fuggles. She selected these and Maris Otter pale malt for her Golden Ale as they’re naturally a winning combination. The result is a crisp and zesty beer that is as comfortable served on its own as it is alongside chicken dishes, salads and pasta.

Starting with a base of US 2-row pilsner malt, we add just enough lightly-kilned Vienna and Munich malts to add a slight caramel character. Hops are New World versions of European classics, smooth and clean, but with some real personality as well.

Many Mexican beer styles today are descendants of old Austrian styles, from when Austria ruled Mexico in the late 19th century. Our Dos Perros is made with German Munich malt, English Pale malt, and Chocolate malt, and hopped with Perle and Saaz hops. To lighten the body, as many Mexican brewers do, we add a small portion of flaked maize. The result is a wonderfully bready malt aroma, balanced with some maize sweetness and a noble hop finish.

Brewing innovation is about asking "what if?." What if we gave an IPA a new identity and used some of our favorite West Coast hops, with their grapefruit, piney, & tropical fruit character, in a lager? The result is this boldly hoppy & flavorful brew with the crisp smoothness of a lager. Cheers!

Black IPA

'Stout' for many years meant a Porter of substantial strength and at several times and places in history the term 'Double Brown Stout' has signified a variety dark, strong brews. Our favorite is the Scandinavian or Baltic version, emphasizing the chocolate-y and dark dried fruit character over the burnt or ashy roast flavors of some its cousins. Unlike most members of the Stout and Porter family, our DBS is fermented with a lager yeast (rather than ale), whose cleaner fermentation profile allows the malt and hop flavors do the talking.

This golden colored ale pours with a rich white head. A touch of wheat malt and a mixture of cascade and willamette hops give this easy-going blonde a crisp, refreshing finish.

Double D is a full-bodied Imperial India Pale Ale, flaunting sultry guava, mango, and tropical fruit aromas as a result of dry hopping with Citra, Zythos and Crystal hops. Brewed with light toasted malt and Bravo bittering hops, this double delights with smooth warming alcohols and a torrid finish. A daring draft, she is available in six-packs and on draft.

The best reason you’ll ever find to “not be afraid of the dark”! CB’s Double Dark Cream Porter is everything the name conjures up in your mind. Very unique as it is a “cream” style Porter which, through the use of just the right ingredients and processes, we have created a beer with a very creamy, almost silky texture. This beer is still black to the point of being opaque, with a full, rich body and pleasant smokiness from the load of roasted malt in the grain bill. The hops take a backseat in this beer, but they offer enough bitterness to offset the malt sweetness. Try one and any misconception about dark beers being heavy or harsh will fade away quicker than the beer in your glass.
