Our first offering is brewed with English and American pale malts and a blend of Pacific Northwest hops. Expect this session-strength pale ale to have citrus and tropical fruit aromas, backed up by a subtle toasty malt base.

Allagash Dubbel boasts a dark mahogany color with ruby hues and a complex malty taste. The finish is dry with subtle hints of chocolate and nuts. he Dubbel Doodle is the first beer released by the Doodle Brewing Company. This Dubbel style draws on the old school Abbey beers brewed by the monks in Belgium to drink while they were fasting. The Dubbel Doodle pours a dark mahogany with a slight red at the edges of the glass. The aroma reveals a malt sweetness with hints of toffee and raisin present but not dominating. The first sip fills your tounge with a caramel like sweetness with a slight plum/raisin aftertaste lingering. The last sip fills you with sorrow, until the next time you are able to enjoy another one of these hand crafted artisinal beers.

Comforting aromas of chocolate malt and dark toffee, with a hint of banana and stone fruits. A dark abbey style ale with a subtle rich maltiness and a dry, spicy finish.

Barley, Rye, Wheat and Oat malts are brewed with Belgian candy sugar and then fermented with a Regional yeast strain. Our “sweet tart” dubbel is copper in color with warm herbal undertones.

This American Style Hefeweizen is unfiltered and naturally cloudy from the generous use of imported wheat malt. It has a refreshing, bready flavor and a distinct creamy, taste and texture. This lightly hopped beer is very enjoyable and easy to drink with a great wheat after taste.

The Duck-Rabbit Milk Stout is a traditional full-bodied stout brewed with lactose (milk sugar). The subtle sweetness imparted by the lactose balances the sharpness of the highly roasted grains which give this delicious beer its black color.

This generously hopped pale ale is a strike in your mouth! Brewed with lots of Pacific Northwest & New Zealand hops this beer is ten frames of big citrus and tropical fruit aroma and flavor. A strong malt backbone rounds it out and makes this pale ale a delight for the senses. The pins may be small but the flavor is huge! In our town, we roll Duckpin—a true Baltimore original.

The creaminess of the flaked oats and the bite of the roasted barley blend to make this a smooth, flavorful beer. Before being sent to the keg, a generous pour of fresh, local espresso is added. Lighter and more complex than a stout, this porter has much to offer. Interesting Fact: Porter as a style, was first identified in 18th century English pubs. The ingredients made it possible to produce this beer for less cost than a stout, so these beers were named for "the help" (the porters). Stouts were generally made for the wealthier people. Traditionally, a stout uses grains which give it a more roasty flavor, whereas a porter usues malts which impart sweeter chocolate or caramel notes. Stouts are known for a fuller body, whereas the porter generally has a lighter mouth feel.

Golden and silky are the best ways to describe this seasonal beer. Golden in color and flavor, this surprisingly clear wheat beer has a smooth and drinkable honey sweetness. It's finished off in the fermenter with vanilla which adds a nice level of complexity to this easy drinking beer. A relatively light beer, it's brewed using a special mash process to give a fullness of body and smooth mouthfeel. The fresh Florida honey in this beer makes each sip as satisfying as Florida sunshine itself. Interesting Fact: Each batch of this beer requires a over 100 pounds of honey. Now that's a lot of honey!

Dulle Griet is a dark aromatic beer, malty and mild in taste. Dulle Griet is how the inhabitants of Ghent (Belgium) called their cannon.

Our Porter has a complex malt profile from 7 different malts and is balanced by Fuggles hops. It is named after the brewers’ late dog that he found in a dumpster as a puppy tied in a bag and left to die. That dog (his name was Guinness) became a one of the most complex and intelligent animals that he ever owned. This complexity is reflected in the Porter we serve.

A dark and distinctive porter. Roasted Barley, Chocolate, Coffee and Caramel malts are used in the mash, producing a truly memorable caramel taste.

The dark color of this bottom-fermented beer is due to the usage of regional dark malt. This malt gives the "Dunkel" a slight sweet taste. The brewing process makes this beer tasty with little bitterness and the right amount of carbon dioxide. Unlike most dark beers, this one is unfiltered and of course not thermally treated.

Creamy head and smooth carbonation complement its deep mahogany color. Bouquet teems with chocolate, apple and clove. Roasted malts intertwine with Tettnanger hops creating a depth of complex flavors. Smooth roasted malts and dark caramel leads to clean finish – unlike any other dark wheat beer.
