A 6% Pale Ale brewed with Green Pine Needles and fruity Orange Peel to make the dark X-mas/Winter days just a bit brighter.

The official beer of Jack Frost. Skillfully blended barley and roasted wheat malts team up with a big blast of flavor and aroma from Amarillo™ and Simcoe™ hops. The result? A Black IPA as refreshingly bracing as a cold winter day.

Frosted Fields was created to celebrate those cold Winter days when the frost lays heavy across the fields. In addition to the usual 2-row malted barley Frosted Fields uses a blend of white and red wheat malt. If we could put this one in a category, it would best fit the double-wit style, but has the addition of high alpha Summit hops to enhance the bitteness and flavor. The citrus flavors of the corriander and the sweet and bitter orange touch on the times when we sit warm inside munching on nuts and some fresh citrus fruits to take the edge off the cold outside. We will be tapping the first keg on New Year's Eve at the brewery and it will then be available in Pint Cans, Growlers and Kegs.

Our interpretation of a fall seasonal beer. This beer will curl your toes and put goosebumps on your arms. A fine collection of traditional fall spices make this a great addition to the holiday season...it will make all humbugs cheery. The beer is dark in color...a bit darker than brown ale. There is a combination of Perle and Willamette hops to provide a contrasting intensity with the fall spices. The beer contains a generous amount of smoked malt.

This Scottish Wee Heavy, aged on oak and vanilla beans, is a collaboroation with North Charleston’s Frothy Beard Brewing.

Frozen Assets is a rich Belgian chocolate milk stout which features a generous amount of roasted barley, chocolate malt and lactose. Full-bodied with complex malt undertones, restrained hop notes, subtle Belgian spice and aged on cocoa nibs, Frozen Assets is a decadent treat on these cold winter nights.

We’re serious about this I.P.A. For the several years the brewmaster has been adding and adding hops to this recipe to find the perfect balance. Ask your server to give you the “Finger” and they’ll bring you a cold one with some attitude.

Berlin-style tart wheat beer with passion fruit

Built in 1871, the current La Dolce Vita restaurant in Lemont was once home to The Charles Fruhauf Store. Charles Fruhauf, a German-born immigrant, built his storefront out of Lemont limestone (Athens Marble) and his general store was a Lemont staple throughout the late 1800’s. We brewed this Oktoberfest as homage to him and the beautiful building that still stands to this day. Clean, malty, and just dry enough, this Märzen-style lager is to be consumed in your finest lederhosen or dirndl while eating giant pretzels in an endless beer garden.

This naturally cloudy “Frühlingsbier” is bottled unfiltered, one of the results being that the beer retains many natural, protein, hops and yeast elements. The fine, natural cloudiness and the flowery-yeast aroma allow the beer-lover to anticipate the richness of taste that this refreshing, very drinkable beer offers, a beer that is also thoroughly distinguished by a pleasantly bitter sensation. From a nutritional-physiological view it must also be emphasized that this beer makes a significant contribution to good health with its vitamin and mineral-rich yeast content. From the beginning of March, beer enthusiasts can enjoy this seasonal Ayinger beer specialty for a brief period.

An English Old ale poured in-line through candied fruits and nuts.

A new spin on the classic tart Berliner weisse. Fruit Fly is a kettle-soured, quaffable ale brewed with tropical passionfruit and fruity Citra hops.

These authentic Belgian-style ales are intensely sour, dry and complex. All three of the lambics - Raspberry, Blackberry and Black Cherry - are aged in oak casks for more than one year. 15 kg, give or take, of whole unpasteurized fruit is added to each 200 litre oak barrel of fermented beer. The naturally occurring wild yeasts cause a second, slow fermentation, breaking down the fruit sugars to total dryness.
