Our Wasser Pilsner with the perfect amount of Citra and Centennial hops. Light and balanced melon characteristics shine through in this clear and refreshing lager.
“Sunna” is a very old Germanic word used to describe the sun, which we thought was the perfect way to represent this refreshing summer seasonal. For this brew we decided to pay homage to the traditional German style wheat beers of old while still adding an American twist. It is hopped with Azacca and Citra for a citrus fruit forward aroma and flavor profile that is complimented by the use of 50% Pale Wheat. The result is a wonderfully balanced hoppy wheat ale that serves as the perfect companion to all that the summer has to offer!
An assertive hop-forward twist on wheat beer.
Wheat beers tend to fall on the mild and fruity end of the beer spectrum, but as hop heads, we’re turning that idea upside down by brewing a bold, hop-forward version of a wheat IPA. We’re using the light, lemony tang of wheat malt as a backdrop for layers of citrusy, grapefruit-like hop flavor from the use of whole-cone hops.
Brewed for the Harvest Season, this American IPA is comprised of organically grown fresh off the vine Cascade Hops. These hops are picked and immediately introduced to the brewing process giving the beer the hoppy, grassy, herbally, freshness you will love. The four varieties of malt adds richness and complexity. This beer is as fresh as it gets so enjoy while it lasts.
This unique style of IPA combines Belgian yeast with lots of hops to create a nicely balanced best of both worlds. More bitter than the Codger, it has pleasant citrus notes without being assertive.
Hopquarius Belgian-Style IPA marries the citrus fruit flavors and orange peel bitterness of an IPA with the banana and caramel finish of a Belgian-Style Tripel.
A double I.P.A. brewed with Neslon Sauvin hops from Nelson County, New Zealand. Nelson’s namesake was Admiral Horatio Nelson, a British officer who gave his life at the Battle of Trafalgar. Horatio would have “eyed” and set “his hand” around a pint of this beer with much enjoyment of its gooseberry and citrus character, and so should you
We have been wanting to make an everyday full on IPA for some time. However, with varying hop prices and availability it has taken a few years. We are now proud to have our first full bodied IPA now available in draft only. We decided on the name HOPRY IPA as a tribute to the 90 year institution that is the Grand Ole Opry. We hope the HOPRY IPA is as consistent in it service to our customers as the Grand Ole Opry has been over the years. Hopry is made with amazing amounts of Amarillo and Nugget hops and a lighter malt body to help showcase the hop flavor and aroma.
This is golden IPA with an exceptionally rich and complex character. Fruity aromas of lemon with hints of pineapple combine crisply with toasty caramel flavours and a tasty malt backbone. Dry hopping with cascade hops ensures more hop aromatics are retained in the finished beer. Made with pride and panache, Double Trouble Brewing’s flagship brand Hops & Robbers is refreshingly delicious.
West Coast style IPA, dry hopped with Mosaic. Grape fruit notes, tropical, piney with a slight bitter finish. First IPA in our 'Hops Don't Suck' series, highlighting individual hops.
Slightly darker and more body than Totem, Hops lives up to name with a powerful conflagration of hop flavor. This IPA would keep on inter-planetary expeditions. For all of its hop persona it remains a balanced beer, with an underlying malt-sweetness to help soften the Hop impact.
Our brewers’ intention on Hops Infusion was to create a complexity of hops flavor and aromas, not found in any other beer. Made with seven hop varieties, this deep copper-orange IPA is loaded with juicy hop notes of pine, lemon zest, and a layer of pink grapefruit and a strong foundation of toasted caramel malts underneath it all give this beer a complexity that’s unparalleled. Hops Infusion weighs in at 6.2% and is available year-round.
Hops Infusion was retired on 5/25/2012

“Hops” is our mascot here at Corcoran Brewing. Hops is a little bunny that sets up home under a neighbor’s shed, and in various spots outside the brewery. We named our American IPA in honor of Hops. This brew uses a new proprietary hop blend which give a nice citrus flavor to this hoppy ale.
A raw and unfiltered IPA PACKED with tropical hop flavor and aroma from Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. This beer pays homage to our deceased brewery cat (Hops) whose personality was truly larger than life. Cheers little buddy.

Venture further into the world of brettanomyces with this West-Coast style IPA. Hopscursion blends tropical hop aromatics and funky fruit zest with a dry, earthy undertone.
Hold on to your taste buds & make sure you have a designated driver! This mouth-exploding double I.P.A. starts with the unique citrus aroma provided by a 100% Simcoe dry hop. The high bitterness is slightly toned down by the caramel sweetness imparted by the large quantities of malted barley needed to achieve such a high ABV. (Limited time only!)
Hop skip is our dangerously drinkable double pale. This intense beer is exploding with heaps of Citra, Amarillo, and Centennial hops that quickly deliver massive Citrus aromas and blasts of hop bitterness in a formidable juggernaut of a body
Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repetoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.
