Hoptitude Imperial IPA is bursting of Galena, Columbus, Cascade and Chinook hops and tempered with just a touch of malty sweetness to provide a backbone for its massive hop profile. This seasonal has a refreshing and clean attitude for all.

The perfect beer for the fall season! This beer was brewed using local hops and fresh local Macintosh apples from the Rokeby Orchards just north of Aylmer.

Our hoppy take on a classic seasonal German style lager. Brewed with pale ale, caramel, and toasted Munich malts that attribute a sweet earthy malty flavor, toasted aroma, and a bright orange hue. German Tettnanger hops add an herbal peppery flavor and nose. One of my favorite parts about brewing this beer is that we’re participating in a seasonal brewing tradition that spans the globe. Since nearly all craft breweries take part in the Oktoberfest season, I like to try the different renditions side by side. We use a traditional lager fermentation along side the traditional toasted Munich style malts. There are a lot of bready characters that come up during the brew. We wanted to brew a hoppier version of the brew, so we added Perle, Tettnang and Columbus hops. The simple recipe hasn’t changed since we started brewing it in 2006.

Sunburst in color, Hopton's (Hp) rich aroma of thyme and fresh clover are testament to this element's earthly origins. Hopton (Hp) enters with complex notes of citrus, which escalates to a refreshing wave of grapefruit and kumquat. This beer's signature is marked by its hop finish–silky smooth and unshakably noble.

With 11 different hops and a malty foundation, this IPA unleashes bold flavor. The grassy, tangerine aroma leads into a bright mix of citrus and lemongrass, with a fleeting bitter finish.

Hoptweet is an unfiltered pale wheat ale full of pillowy malts and refreshing citrus and tropical hop character. This light bodied session beer is ideal for an all day picnic, quick lap on the lawnmower, or just kicking back and enjoying the day.

Brewed with an abundance of hops. Once we started hopping this beer stopping was impossible. Emphasizing Amarillo, Horizon, Summit, and Glacier hops with support from 5 other American varieties. Hops were added in every conceivable part of the brewing process. Whole leaf in the mash, hop forwarded (lautered through whole cones), hop backed, first wort hopped, kettle hopped with pellets and extract, and dry hopped in the fermenter and brite tanks. No expense was spared to bring you HOPULENCE! ’14 Denver International Beer Competition- Gold, Imperial IPA Category ’14 Great International Beer Fest (GIBF)- Gold, Imperial IPA Category ’14- Sweet 16 in the National Double IPA Championship (NIIPAC), lost to the eventual winner.

For release nine we raised the Columbus hop back up to where release seven was. Brewed on January 23, 2011.

Release thirteen is almost exactly like release twelve. Brewed on February 17, 2011.

Substituted some Simcoe hops with Calypso hops that give it a pleasant, almost fruity, addition.

Almost identical to release 16, release 17 lets the floral, minty, nobel spices shine through. Brewed on April 8, 2011.

Coumbus, Chinook, Centennial and Simcoe! Oh, my! Brewed on May 26, 2011.

A lively addition of Chinook hops makes this release with a wonderful herb-filled, almost smokey hops characteristics. Brewed on June 14, 2011.

3.25 pounds of whole Chinook and 3.25 of whole Centennial in the hopback. Brewed on July 17, 2011.
