Shipyard Island Time is an easy drinking session IPA built with a variety of Northwest hops which contribute to the grapefruit and pine nose and spicy hop finish. This refreshing IPA will transport you to your Island Time no matter where you are.

The Coronado 'Islandweizen' is our version of an American-styled Hefeweizen or unfiltered wheat beer. It's lightly hopped with Nobel Tettnang and Saaz hops to create a great full-bodied beer. This refreshing beer can be enjoyed with a slice of lemon.

Isle of MaGourdo is a pumpkin ale brewed specially for the fall season. Years ago our Brewmaster Mike went tuna fishing in Islamorada with Bo, Bryan and a great man named Martin. This beer is brewed each year the same time as that trip. For Martin – we miss you buddy.

A unfiltered, unpasteurized lager with a difference. Uses San Francisco Lager yeast fermented at ale temperatures to release delicate fruity esters, whilst Vienna malt is used to give the beer a hint of sweetness.

A funny thing happens here around summer’s end – our eyes start searching the skies for those first fall flakes. As we welcome autumn’s first snow, we celebrate the return of Isolation Ale. Those of us who did not fall asleep in history class might remember (or not) Israel Putnam- the Revolutionary War Hero who famously said “Don’t fire until you see the whites of their eyes” at the battle of Bunker Hill. Seeing as he lived, fought, and died in Brooklyn, CT (where we are from!) we knew we had to honor such a valiant hero with one of his favorite things on the planet- beer. Much like Israel Putnam himself, this beer is a blend of American and English traditions to create a balanced, heroic, and revolutionary beer full of flavor and unabashed amazingness. A true relic, our brown ale features ingredients The Put himself may have used to brew his beer at Old Put's Tavern-high quality barley and wheat malts for the base along with caramel and chocolate malts for a divinely malty brew, as well as Cluster hops-the first hops grown and used in beer in the Americas. For those who don’t remember him, enjoy a damn good beer honoring a damn good man. Raise your glass for the Put!

An American style wheat beer and an Issaquah Brewhouse origina. Light in color and body and served with a lemon, Bullfrog is crisp, refreshing and goes down easy. Take a flying leap! Bullfrog Ale took the Silver Medal at the 2004 Great American Beer Festival in the American Wheat category.

Beware, this is a BIG beer. Brimming with luscious roasted coffee and chocolate malt flavours which are balanced by a brisk bitterness and bold freshness from the hops. If you’re feeling politically incorrect try it with your favourite cigar, or a dram of your best single malt whisky. Or, if your tooth is sweeter, why not jump in at the deep end with the most decadent dessert of all; half a bottle in a glass with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream on top (beer geeks like us know it as the Imperial Stout Float). Or simply enjoy it on its own as a decadent dessert or night cap - the perfect winter warmer! If you don’t already know the history of Russian Imperial Stouts please check it out on the internet, it’s a good story. But remember, although based on that century-old classic style, this beer is a very modern interpretation, like all our beers!
