A stylistic twist on a Big Time favorite, Redemption combines 5 separate hop additions with the smoothness of a nitrogen pour to protect even the most wayward palate from the consequences of sin.

This red session IPA is part of our rotating SIPA series. The Redfeather SIPA is brewed in the session IPA style. This beer presents the hop bitterness and flavor of a red IPA but in a more refreshing, lower alcohol version. The additional of crystal malts contributes a red hue and malt backbone that the hops are layered onto. Limited availability.

Black Diamond's summer seasonal, Le Beau-Fils Dirige Rouge (Redheaded Step Child) pays homage to those saison beers of Belgium. Crisp and refreshing, our saison pours with a frothy dense white head with an orangish copper hue. Redneck Wedding is a Belgian- Style Quadrupel Ale aged in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels for three months. We used our house Belgian yeast strain, which adds to the complexity of the quad and Belgian Candy Syrup called D180. D-180 is a very dark, award winning premium Candi Syrup, which contributes to the depth and lightens the body of the most authentic Belgian-Style Quads. Tasting notes of raisin, plum, prune & currants & Bourbon. Bring the family and let the bad decisions ensue.

Redor is a lager, Pils type filtered and not pasteurized. Indeed, although specialized in the production of high fermentation beers fermented in the bottle, we have desired still maintain our own production Pils. Redor is a pure Pils malt, that is to say barley malt is the only source of starch brewhouse. No raw grain is added, which makes the Redor plush beer bitterness straightforward.

This complex full bodied Imperial Red Ale packs a malty, caramel, hoppy, warming alcohol punch. Hints of raisin, and toffee from Caramel and Caravienne malts meld with the crisp floral citrus hop aroma creating a big, satisfying beer. Ruby red and delicious!

Irish Red

A red ale brewed with cinnamon, ginger, white pepper, and finished with rose and hibiscus. The beer is malty and floral with a subtle spiced finish.

This is a progressive beer which will vary year to year based on the forgeable fruits available and how long they have spent in barrels before culminating in a crescendo of sweet fruits, roasted oak and vibrant acidity. Imagine walking through the first fallen leaves, eating a handful of the last tart red berries of the summer with a whiff of mulled wine and bonfires in the crisp Autumn air - that's Redwood 2016. The vanilla pods add something a little special to the character of the beer. Helping produce an elegant, creamy, soothing confection of aromas and flavours. It’s like a rich dessert in a glass.

Impressively smooth, robust malt character with notes of toast, caramel and light stone fruit. Late hopped with a blend of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic and dry hopped with more Mosaic and Citra providing a resinous, piney and fruity nose and flavor.
