This German Style Maibock is made to celebrate the opening of our biergarten season. We use mostly traditional ingredients except we hop the beer using Green Bullet hops from New Zealand which have noble hop characteristics. Malt sweetness and floral hop flavor and bitterness complement each other in this balanced lager.

Full bodied, malty dark ale with hints of chocolate and Macedonian coffee. Derived from five different barleys including crystal malt, pale malt, chocolate malt, roast barley, black patent malt, and a blend of British and American hops.

Brewed with peat smoked malt this strong Scotch Ale has a big malt presence. Recently blended with 2 year old bourbon barrel aged Macfindlay Scotch ale and bottled in 22 oz bottles for sale in our brewery store.

Mach 1 IPA- Our interpretation of an India Pale Ale comes fully loaded in all American style with its sweet tangerine aroma and tangy citrus flavor. An ample amount of rye malt is added to the mash early in the brewing process, igniting a zesty pepper kick to the tongue, which contradicts the sensationally smooth characteristics coming from our cataclysmic combination of Cascade and Centennial hops. Warning: This beer may cause spontaneous combustion of the tastebuds!

Beach Haus® Machine – This Session IPA burns bright with juicy, citrusy hop flavor and can be consumed with mechanical consistency due to its lower alcohol presence.

Stout with German beech smoked malt added. Brewed for the Machine Shop music venue in Flint, MI.

Moderately hopped with notes of fresh bread and complex, even slightly sweet, malt flavors.

A slightly malty butterscotch-colored ale. We carmelize the malt at the end of the mashing process, producing toffee-like undertones. Hoppy end notes, thanks to the organic Tasmanian Pride of Ringwood, make this one a sophisticated ale.

Macon Beer Company set out to create an approachable India Pale Ale. The design would have a smooth and upbeat flavor profile, creating the perfect hop harmony. Just like any good musical composition, this beer was created as it was being played. The Macon Beer Company Design Team spontaneously engineered this batch of beer composing all of the heavenly hop notes together. The team began with ingredients initially intended for other Macon Beer Company brands and then sequenced the hops to harmonize notes of stone fruit, caramel, and spice into a composition of aromas and flavors. With beginnings reminiscent of a Bohemian pilsner, this bountiful craft lager is a refreshingly hoppy Northwest experience.

Sling Shot is a seasonal Extra Pale Ale for the spring with rich golden color. Its lively hopped flavor makes for a mischievously good and refreshing ale that "hits the spot!"

Malty and sweet with just a hint of peat, this beer gets it balance from Quasia Wood, a traditional Scottish Ale spice.

A dark Belgian style quadruple, it's about as close as you'll get to Christmas in a bottle, with strong notes of spice, rum, fruit cake and plum - clocking in at 11.3% ABV, it's not for the faint-hearted.
